Return and Refund Policy

We want you to have an excellent experience as our client. If ever you do not wish to continue your relationship with us, you may cancel at any time. Our client agreements for editing/support/hosting/SEO are month-to-month, and do not require a long-term commitment. 
 
Custom website purchases can be cancelled for a full refund within 3 days of purchase by simply emailing your request to accounting@Simple.biz

If you cancel your site at any time, you have no further obligation; domain names will be released without cost. If you cancel your site, rights to the site content convey to you automatically. The site content belongs to you. 

Pricing Policy

We make every attempt to keep our pricing competitive and transparent. Each of our clients pays the same price for the same work (scope and complexity), regardless of their budget.

Additional Terms and Conditions
 

We develop the content for your site, to include creating the written content for the site. Upon delivery of your site, unlimited edits are provided to you, at no additional cost. We are not liable for incorrect content, errors or omissions. In any case, our liability cannot exceed the price paid for our work. There is no guarantee given about the suitability of our work for your purposes. 

Customer payment information is maintained securely on file. Providing payment information to us signifies agreement to purchase our services, and agreement to our terms and conditions. You may cancel our services at any time, simply providing notice to our office by phone, text or email. 

Privacy Notice


This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Simple Site Company. It will notify you of the following: What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared, hat choices are available to you regarding the use of your data, the security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information, and how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.


Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 


We are the sole owners of the information we collect from you. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. web hosting, payment processing, email hosting, URL registrations, design order fulfillment, and 3rd party technical support.  Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. 

 

Your Access to and Control Over Information 


You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website: See what data we have about you, if any; change/correct any data we have about you; have us delete any data we have about you; and express any concern you have about our use of your data.


Security 


We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

"Do Not Call" Policy

If you don't want to receive sales calls from us, you can ask us to place your telephone number on our "Do Not Call" list. In compliance with federal and state laws, we'll document your request immediately. 


• Your request must include, at a minimum, your telephone number.
• If you have multiple telephone numbers, tell us all numbers that you want to be included.
• You'll remain on our "Do Not Call" list for five years, unless you ask to be removed.
• If your telephone number ever changes, you must give us your new information for your "do not call" status to remain in effect.


When we solicit prospective customers, we also honor "do not call" requests on behalf of consumers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission and various state-agency lists. Many state "Do Not Call" regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even though they are on these "Do Not Call" lists. Therefore, if you are a customer, you may be contacted by us even though you are on a state or the national "do not call" list. If you do not want to be contacted by us even though you are a customer, simply follow the steps above to be placed on the our "Do Not Call" list and your request will be honored.


Being on our "Do Not Call" list means that you won't receive sales calls by anybody representing us. We may still contact you, however, for non-solicitation purposes. This would include things like surveys, billing and other service-related matters.


All employees that engage in outbound telephone solicitation are trained in this policy and are made aware of these procedures before they are allowed to place calls to consumers. Management reviews the policy with these employees on a regular basis.


The methods and procedures in this “Do Not Call” policy are reviewed by us on a quarterly basis. If a consumer requests a copy of our “Do Not Call” policy, we will direct them to this policy posted on our website. 


We respect the wishes of those customers and prospective customers who do not want to receive telephone solicitation calls from us.  It is our policy to make a telephone solicitation call to:


i) any person who has requested that we do not make such calls to the person’s residence; or
ii) any person who has put his or her telephone number on a national or state Do
Not Call registry, except as otherwise permitted by law.


A “telephone solicitation call” means any call that is made for the purpose of encouraging the purchase of products and services. 


We maintain a list containing the telephone numbers and names (if provided) of those persons who have told us that they do not want to receive telephone solicitation calls from us.

 

Anyone may be placed on our Do Not Call list by:
i) sending an email request to us at: accounting@simple.biz
ii) calling us at the number listed on our website.


The request must provide the 10-digit residential telephone number that is not to be called and the person’s name, if desired.


Once a request has been made, we will add the telephone number and name (if provided) to our Do Not Call list immediately.
